I did not mean to be a complainer but I felt disappointed after the dentist appointment for teeth deep cleaning yesterday.

As always with any appointment at Penticton Dentist/Enamel Dental Centre and notably with any appointment for a "special" procedure this one was a very positive experience. Dr. Jung was extremely professional and caring throughout the procedure as was his assistant. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable from the get-go and knew at all times that I was in good hands. My only complaint is that the procedure was on my molars and therefore

Joanne always does a great job cleaning my teeth. Gums bleed a little but that is my fault. The rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful with submitting insurance documents.
